From July 1st 2023  – Local Pickup for The General Public and Wholesale Customers will no longer be available, as we are promoting our business as a Wholesale online shop only. with no pickups or drop ins available.

Returns, Shortages or other discrepancies must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods. No Claim will be recognised after 24 hours of Proof of Delivery. Please contact us at paragonpetz@bigpond.com) with the relevant invoice number and date of supply.
If any item is faulty or broken, please provide photos of any damage, if applicable, and a written explanation on the fault/breakage.

 

All 30 Day Accounts must have a Minimum spend of $3000 plus GST per Month.

All 30 Day Accounts are to be paid within the days required otherwise they are automatically cancelled.

All our Account Holders must pay their accounts by Direct Deposit.

Wholesale Registered customers can also place orders without an account with payments made by either Direct Deposit or Credit Card.

No orders that are ‘Advance Paid’ will be posted until payment is received. If you wish to change your payment status, this can be done at any point time, please contact us (paragonpetz@bigpond.com) and we will email the necessary documents to be filled out

Yes, at checkout please use the Direct Deposit payment method to complete your order

Orders will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 5 business days, (this applies to Pre-Paid Clients only) unless otherwise organised with Paragon Petz Australia

We also accept orders over the phone and by email.

Yes. Just make sure the shipping address is for the lucky person. Set the billing address to your address. Unfortunately, gift wrapping is unavailable. However, it is what is inside the box that counts the most.

We are deeply sorry this has happened. Please email us at customerservice@paragonpetz.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue (pictures are very helpful too). We will work with you from there to rectify the problem. We will ship you a replacement item or issue a refund depending on which option you want.

It depends on the supplier It could easily take 2 weeks or more. First, the supplier needs to receive your package (this can take time). Secondly, that order needs to be processed (usually with 2 to 3 days). At this stage you should receive an email saying your order has been processed. From there it will take approximately 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
