Returns Policy

Returns, Shortages or other discrepancies must be notified immediatley by email to customerservice@paragonpetz.com.au  upon receipt of goods.

No Returns are accepted, or Refunds given on Clearance stock.

Returns for change of mind merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping costs on returns are at the buyers expense.

Used Merchandise can not be returned unless defective. Returned meerchandise must include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Please contact us at customerservice@paragonpetz.com.au  with the relevant invoice number and date of supply.

If any item is faulty or broken, please provide photos of any damage, if applicable, and a written explanation on the fault/breakage.

Refunds are processed within 30 days.
